SOUND BATH

Once we get set up and settled, McLean will lead us in a grounding Meditation to help prime the mind to receive, then there will be the Sound Bath for about 40 minutes and we will end with a Guided Meditation to gently bring you back to the present and get restored. 

Bring your yoga/ stretch mat, blanket, pillow and anything else such as warm socks and a hat that makes you feel super cozy!!
