RETURN POLICY
Online orders
If you ordered online, you may exchange or return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your item(s).
Please email us at info@aheutsche.com as soon as possible to notify us of your intent to return your purchase, the reasons you wish to do so, and your order information (order number and item description.) To begin your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a RA# (return authorization number) for your return. Items sent back without a RA# will not be accepted for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once you have a RA# returns may be made in store or must be sent prepaid, insured for the entire value of the purchase & with a signature requirement. Packages must be sent within the 14 day timeframe and should be addressed to A.Heutsche 12328 Ventura Blvd Studio City, CA 91604 United States, with the RA# written on the outside of the package.
It will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. We suggest either UPS or FEDEX for your return. It must insured with a trackable shipping service.
A.Heutsche does not accept CODs. We are not responsible for shipping errors or stolen packages. We are not liable for your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your package, we will inspect the item(s) and you will be notified if your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will either refund the purchase amount back to your original form of payment, issue store credit, or exchange for a different item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Non-returnable items- both in store and online:
Any jewelry that has been modified (ex: resized, engraved, etc.)
Custom jewelry
Gift cards
Apothecary, candles, & fragrance
Pieces purchased at Trunk Show Events
Damaged or faulty items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@aheutsche.com and send your item to A.Heutsche 12328 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604, United States. When shipping items back to us, please follow the guidelines outlined in the “Online Orders” section above.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Gifts
If you are purchasing a gift online for someone else and you would like them to be able to exchange it independent of your involvement, please indicate the following in the “Special Instructions” box in your cart: THIS IS A GIFT, include their full name and the item(s) that is the gift so we can tend to your order properly.
If the gift was shipped directly to the recipient, they will need to contact us to arrange an exchange or receive store credit. We’ll assist them with returning the item(s). Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient.
If the item was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if it was shipped to the purchaser to give to the recipient later, we’re unable to process a return or exchange without the original purchaser’s involvement. Once the item is returned and the return is approved, any refund will be issued to the original form of payment, or store credit will be sent to the original purchaser—not the gift recipient.
In-store purchases
For items purchased in person at our shop, we do not offer refunds. However, if you change your mind within 14 calendar days of your purchase, you may exchange your item(s) for another item or receive store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
Items that are ineligible for an exchange:
