Shipping information
Handling Times
Once your order is placed, it can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be shipped, pending weekends and holidays. You will be notified via email once the package is shipped with a tracking number for your confirmation. We only ship Wednesday - Friday at this time.
In-store Pickup
We offer in-store pickup during store hours: Wednesday - Sunday When your item is ready, you will be contacted via email to arrange a pick-up appointment. Our address is 12328 Ventura Blvd Studio City, CA 91604
Courier Options
Items will be shipped UPS or FEDEX. Any fine jewelry goods will be insured and will require a signature due to the unique and one of a kind nature of these pieces. If you have specific requirements or would like to inquire about international shipping, please contact us directly via email info@aheutsche.com prior to placing your order.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide your physical address. Where possible, we recommend your work address.
Ground shipping can take between 1-7 business days.
Shipping time does not include processing and handling time
Orders placed in the evening or on a weekend will not be processed until the next business day.
Made to Order - Special Order items have varying lead times.
