Shipping information

Handling Times

Once your order is placed, it can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be shipped, pending weekends and holidays. You will be notified via email once the package is shipped with a tracking number for your confirmation. We only ship Wednesday - Friday at this time.

In-store Pickup

We offer in-store pickup during store hours: Wednesday - Sunday When your item is ready, you will be contacted via email to arrange a pick-up appointment. Our address is 12328 Ventura Blvd Studio City, CA 91604

Courier Options

Items will be shipped UPS or FEDEX.  Any fine jewelry goods will be insured and will require a signature due to the unique and one of a kind nature of these pieces.  If you have specific requirements or would like to inquire about international shipping, please contact us directly via email info@aheutsche.com prior to placing your order.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide your physical address. Where possible, we recommend your work address.

  • Ground shipping can take between 1-7 business days.

  • Shipping time does not include processing and handling time

  • Orders placed in the evening or on a weekend will not be processed until the next business day.

  • Made to Order - Special Order items have varying lead times. 

  • All deliveries are insured and require a signature.

  • International customers are responsible for any tax and or customs fees incurred.
